Refund Payment Policy Statement


No Refunds allowed once venue is booked and/or venue has been used by customer.


Customers Are Allowed To Re-Schedule Another Date, For Amount Of Paid Services/Hours/Rentals


Valid credit/debit card payment methods acceptable to Quickbooks/Intuit Systems and CashApp may be used.


If your credit card or account cannot be verified, or is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your scheduled venue use date may be suspended or cancelled automatically.


All prices and availability of venue services are subject to change without notice.


Taxes will be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens, which may be caused by several factors, including variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.


Charges shall become due and payable in advance of the day of venue rental services of the End User License Agreement (EULA) or (subject to prior termination under these terms) on any subsequent completion date.


An invoice will be sent no later than 14 days before amounts are due, this invoice will be the notification of increases, charges due and/or reservation fees, and/or venue rental, and/or linen or other items or services.


This agreement shall continue in full force and effect on the same terms save that any rise in the charges shall be limited to no more than the percentage increase in the services.  Otherwise, such Professional Services are provided by CashApp and/or Quickbooks/Intuit Systems “as is”.


Once requested by you, Cash App/Quickbooks/Intuit Systems will charge your account or credit card the amount agreed upon under the executed contract, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.


If a venue rental is postponed at the request of the client, due to the client’s internal processes, CashApp/Quickbooks/Intuit will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay, any fees or damages will stand with the client unless agreed in writing at the time or delay or postponement by the client/customer.


Hardware, software and software maintenance and support services

CashApp/Quickbooks/Intuit Systems does not offer any refund for hardware, software, maintenance and support services once agreed by the customer, CashApp/Quickbooks/Intuit Systems will charge your account or credit card the amount agreed upon under the executed agreement, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.


No refund is offered for any cancellations after venue has been booked for rental.  We reserve the right to change this payment, refunds policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
